Hi all!  You probably think that I all I do here is play games here but "surprise, surprise"   I actually read the Englishtown forum too... which I discovered today thanks to the diligent Bliss!    Pirate's Cove has their own ranks and it sounds great so Englishtown should too.  I'm just amused at all of you trying to think up of new rank titles so I decided to give my own two cents for rank titles.  Why not stick with the tried and the true military ranking which is well understood in different countries?    I didn't include Navy ranks because everyone might think we are pure Meuterer players and we don't want that to happen.  As Ulkomaalainen mentioned above, "Everyone has his own titles, for whatever reasons, mostly because it suits the GENERAL theme of the town given"   .  Here's my suggested list of ranks which I combined from US army, Marines and Air Force Ranks and I came up with 21 ranks from the enlisted and officer ranks:

1.  Private
2.  Private First Class
3.  Lance Corporal
4.  Corporal
5.  Staff Sergeant
6.  Technical Sergeant
7.  Master Sergeant
8.  Senior Master Sergeant
9.  Chief Master Sergeant
10. First Sergeant
11. 2nd Lieutenant
12. 1st Lieutenant
13. Captain
14. Major
15. Lieutenant Colonel
16. Colonel
17. Brigadier General
18. Major General
19. Lieutenant General
20. Chief of Staff
21. General of BSW

Other than that, why not try Spectremac's animal rankings?
We should start off with the following ranks though:
1.  Ant
2.  Worm
etc. ....  
and somewhere in there we should have cow, pig and horse also... so that means that anyone stuck with pig ranking will have to keep playing so they get up to the lion rank.  
Let's keep thinking outside the box and everyone please add their own suggested rank titles.
