I recommend that everyone who sets a residence name be sure to include both your own name (so we know who's house it is  )and your game name. If the limit is like town buildings, then your residence name can be somewhere around 50 characters long. Huhu, that is not necessary. If you give your residence a name it will be shown like the following: (rank name: residence name: game) example: Duke [W15] Elttil: Residenz Name: Diamant So feel free to call it whatever you like  Jocy

Hi, Übersetzung der Ergänzung so jut et jet  From tomorrow on, the rest capacity in the buildings will update itself automatically (Without having to leave the building to see it) and the rule of max 2 production buildings becomes effective. The display with the rest capacity is supposed to be visible for citizens only, we are still working on that one. Jocy

Hello munchkins, since there seem to be more changes ahead of us, i asked reikja to change the name of the thread so i dont have to start a new one for every new feature. First of all here is an addition to the new production buildings: - The rest capacity in the buildings will update itself automatically, you will not have to leave the building to see it and the rule of max 2 production buildings is active now.
- The display with the rest capacity is supposed to be visible for citizens only, they are working on that one.
I know that the rule about 2 production buildings is a bit confusing. The info that I have is that we can only build 2 production buildings, meaning we can add 1 more in our city. But I will keep you informed if there are news on that subject.
Ok, now to the next changes: there is a new TI set (I know, I know, but it IS a new feature so bear with me) with flowers. Check it out!
And now the new features as posted by ARM:
Hi everyone, a few new features/changes could be the reason for some minor problems in the next time 
- Branch offices (Kontor) will be demolished if the city has less than 15 citizens at the time of the daily billing.(So Beware)
- You can change the name of your residence with /changeresiname NAME in the residence itself. The general name stays (rank name: residence name : game)Example: Grand Duchess [W16] Jocelyn25: Residenz Between Sun and Moon: TurnIt
- the collectchat has a new mode (tell windows can be opened, channel only as collectchat) CollectChat=on/off/notell are the 3 versions now.
If you are still working with individual windows you can get to the context menue in the window via CTRL-mouseclick (or middle mouse button) Aditionally you can activate or deactivate Channel/Tell/mainchat sound (you can change that in the prop as well tellSound/chanTellSound/mainTellSound=on or you can delete it completely)
There might be problems with this, so let me know.

Attention:The old houses are called null right now, but if you change the name of your resi now, there is a bug which will change your rank from W to K, this will be redone in your info once you log out and back in, but in the name of your resi it will stay for now, i think ARM is working on it.

Hi guys, well I wanted to write a really depressed post about losing to delfinchen from VOICES 0-3, but reading Pauls post...You are right, Paul  I still kick myself for not winning this cause it was close every game, but she was the better player this time. Sorry guys, for losing, but we will win the long run  Jocy, who is still looking back at this game with mixed feelings

thanks for the credit Elttil, but together with Brom i only started on the movie names and pine and Hanno came up with the Sheep (later Sheepless from Hanno) in Seattle idea. At least i think it was like this  Jocy, who loooooooooooved the name and the sheep

Hello munchkins, yipie, we finally can build the production buildings (yes..i know...sheep).  Anyway...since the information is up to now only in german, i translated it. Hope i made it clear, if you have questions ask me, or for those who can read german, here you can find the original thread. Introduction: The cities can now build production buildings, which change the resource mix of the city, the production buildings need an activation fee and then run for a certain time. Available are saw mills, Quarries, ore mines, farms and sheep farms.
Details:
- Production buildings are 4x4 in size
- you can build a maximum of 2 buildings at once (either same or different type)
- building (placing of the buildings and completion) is for free
- there will be 5 citizen-related capacities, the Kämmerer (porcupine)/Lagermeister (Paul) can start the production building, if it is inactiv there are the following costs to pay:
050*citizen => 1.00% Activation costs per different resource 100*citizen => 1.05% Activation cost per different resource 150*citizen => 1.10% Activation cost per different resource 250*citizen => 1.15% Activation cost per different resource 500*citizen => 1.20% Activation cost per different resource different resource = not generated by the production buildings The term capacities here describe, how many resources the city gets from her own game rooms, until the building switches to inactive.[/color] Example: wool-production building, city has 20 citizens, capacity 50*citizens: => overall capacity 1000 => Activation costs: 10 wood, 10 stone, 10 ore, 10 food this means, that as soon as the city has gained 1000 resources from its own game rooms, the capacity is exhausted and needs to be reactivated - in the building you can see, how high the rest capacity is
- once the capacity is exhausted the building remains standing
- the building can only be torn down, while being inactive and there are no costs for the demolition
- if the building is active (meaning capacity >0), 10% from the resources that are gained from the city itself will be replaced with the resource gained in the prod. building. If you have 2 active production buildings, about 20% of the income is changed, therefor you have to pay the activation fee in both buildings.
- the production building changes the resource mix of the city and therefor for all resources, that are gained in the city
- resources that are relevant for the production capacity are only those, who are generated in the city and fall to the city
(not relevant: your playing in other cities, as well as resources from games in your own city which are distributed to other cities)
Example:
City xyz gets in a certain amount of time the following resources. A part if it is generated by its own game rooms, a part by playing in other cities.
Away: 100 wood, 200 stone, 400 ore, 100 wool, 200 food (1.000 resources) Home: 700 wood, 400 stone, 200 ore, 500 wool, 200 food (2.000 resources) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total: 800 wood, 600 stone, 600 ore, 600 wool, 400 food (3.000 resources)
If this city would have had a sheep farm with a rest capactiy of 5.000 resources, about 10% of the resources gained at home (70 wood, 40 stone, 20 ore, 50 wool, 20 food) would have been replaced by the product of the sheep farm (200 wool).
The overall number of gained resources stays the same, only the composition from the at home generated resources changes. The resources gained in other cities are not influenced by this.
New Income:
Away....... : 100 wood, 200 stone, 400 ore, 100 wool, 200 food (1.000 resources) Home.........: 700 wood, 400 stone, 200 ore, 500 wool, 200 food (2.000 resources) Minus 10%: - 70 wood, - 40 stone, - 20 ore, - 50 wool, - 20 food (-200 resources) Sheep Farm: 000 wood, 000 stone, 000 ore, 200 wool, 000 food (+200 resources) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total..........: 730 wood, 560 stone, 580 ore, 750 wool, 380 food (3.000 resources)
As the chance of wool was increased for 2.000 gained resources, 2.000 units of the production capacity was used. The rest capacity would therefor sink from 5.000 to 3.000.

Hi Paul, click herefor the Olympic games time schedule. About the 4 categories: - Einzelwettbewerbe = Individual competition, which means we can send a maximum of 3 players for each discipline
- Teamwettbewerbe = team competition, we usually can only send 1 team for each discipline, although that does depend on the type of tournament
- Kombinationsdisziplinen - Einzel = Individual combination events, meaning 3 player max. for each city and you take part in every game of this combination and the player with the most points wins.
- Kombinationsdisziplinen - Team = team combination event, same as single event, only as a team event
