Hello,
Does BSW need to develop into an international site where the majority of players speak German
I guess you meant: "where the majority of players do NOT speak german"?
Anyway, I don't think we should answer that question before working together.
We should rather answer the following questions:
1)
What are the goals? (e.g. organizing the translation of the webpages and the client, finding solutions for the problems of non-german-players,...)
2)
Who are the members (e.g. closed group vs. open group)
3)
What are the means to achieve the goals (e.g. communication inside the group and with TAMM)
My answers:
1) Goals:
- Organizing the translation project
- Finding solutions to problems of non-german-players
2) Members:
- Me, and hopefully some others

- I prefer an open group (i.e. let's say 5 people build the core team which is responsible, but everybody is invited to take part in the discussion)
3) Communication:
Best solution would be a board in the foreign language boards (though I don't know if that is possible) and one spokesman for communication with TAMM. And there should be a channel with weekly/monthly meetings.
4) BSW = German or International site:
I think bsw will remain a primary german based side. How far it's going to be an english/dutch/french/... site depends on the community.
By the way: We are looking for (mainly english-speaking) translators for the webpages. Please tell me if you are willing to participate. Or if you think somebody might be interested, then tell him to tell me
