BSW Client Help

Sorry for the English but I need some technical help with the BSW client.

We have installed the client many times and on many computers.  This is the first time we have ever had any trouble.

On Robynne's new laptop, the client will work OK after the first install.  After each use, the client slows down - long delays with the gray screen before loading.  After 5 or 6 uses, it stops working completely and must be reinstalled.

Any ideas on what to try to fix this?  Thanks/Danke.

When starting the Client or when switching to another game?

In case of switching: Every game or just some games?

Is there a heavy processor-usage while having a gray screen?
