PR Tourny

Anyone want to play a PR tourny?  Since we can play on pr-game.com, we don't have to be on BSW at the same time.  I figured we can use Nicias' rule set from a while ago...

Assuming that wasn't an April Fools post, I would be interested in such a tournament. I would be willing to run it. I would also be willing & interested in running a PR ladder, which might be easier to organize and could run longer.

I know how I would run a ladder, and hopefully, Paul could put the relevant code onto the website. How to run a tournament would depend on how many players we had.
