Modus:Im ersten Teil des Turniers werden 6 Runden im Schweizer System gespielt. Der Startspieler wird dabei zufällig bestimmt. Ein Sieg bringt dabei einen Punkt, ein Unentschieden 0,5 Punkte.
Anhand der Punkte wird eine Tabelle gebildet, Tiebreaker wie folgt:
1. Buchholz-Wertung (Summe der Punkte der Gegner)
2. Wertungswertung (Summe der Buchholzwertungen der Gegner)
3. direkter Vergleich
4. Los
Die besten 8 Spieler spielen im zweiten Teil des Hauptkampfes um vorderen Plätze und die Preise, die von Amigo gestiftet werden.
Zunächst werden 2 Gruppen gebildet, wobei
Gruppe A aus dem 1., 4., 5. und 8. der Vorrunde
Gruppe B aus dem 2., 3., 6. und 7. der Vorrunde
besteht.
Innerhalb der Gruppe spielt jeder gegen jeden best-of-1. Bei jedem Spiel wird der Startspieler zufällig ermittelt. Für jeden Sieg erhält man 3 Wertungspunkte, für ein Unentschieden 1 Wertungspunkt.
Der erste und zweite jeder Gruppe erreichen die Finalgruppe und spielen dort ebenfalls jeder-gegen-jeden die Medaillen aus. Bei Punktegleichstand innerhalb einer Gruppe entscheidet die bessere Platzierung im Vorkampf über die Position in der Gruppe.
Preise:50 Taler / Spieler

1. Platz 30%
2. Platz 25%
3. Platz 20%
4. Platz 15%
5. Platz 10%

Mode:The first stage of the main tournament consists of 6 rounds with tables consisting of 2 players using the Swiss system. The starting player is drawn at random. A victory counts for 1 point, a tie for 0,5.
A ranking table is formed based on the scored points of the players. The tiebreakers are:
1. Buchholz score (sum of the score of the opponents)
2. the sum of all Buchholz scores of the opponents (in German Wertungswertung)
3. head-to-head result
4. drawn at random
The best 8 players will participate in the second stage of the tournament which is using a single elimination system (a.k.a. knockout or KO).
In this second stage 2 groups are formed:
the 1st, 4th, 5th and 8th of the first stage will form a group and
the 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th as well.
Within each group every player plays one game against every other player whereby the starting player is drawn at random. A victory counts for 3 points, a tie for 1.
Players ending 1st and 2nd in each group will reach the finals to compete for gold and silver and bronze in a similar way. Also in this final group, every player plays one game against every other player whereby the starting player is drawn at random. A victory counts for 3 points, a tie for 1. When tied in a group, the player who ranked higher during the previous stage wins.
