I can't get the Java screems to load up.

Hello,

Once I click 'Instant play' or 'Play now' on the home page the Java portal page opens up and begins to load. It gets half way through then just stays like that for ages. I've waited 10 minutes before and still nothing. A handful of times it has loaded up though and I have been able to play. I've downloaded the latest version of Java and still it won't load up.

I'm not great with computers so if anyone knows the solution try and make it simple for me.
