Contacting someone who has started a game, doing something else

There is an ongoing need to have some easy way for
 people to contact someone who has started a game
but is not going to be looking at the screen because
 it could be a half hour before someone is going to
 show up.  There could be a spot at the top if you
 clicked on it, then the game would not be seen,
but a message to click on that spot to contact the
 one who has started the game.  Then a Twindow
 would pop up.  This is a big problem in Imperial
and in general, if you don't answer quick, new
players leave.
