Die Mediatoren haben einen Termin am 6. Juli für uns Stadtvögte und auch deren Vertreter vereinbart, damit wir untereinander mehr Transparenz erhalten.

This in an explanation of the meaning "Rat der Mediatoren"
They have compared a date for make aknowledgement between us and becomming so more transparency. The date ist the 6 of July 2003 in the Mediatoren Channel.

1. Purpose
The purpose of the "Mediatoren" (mediators) system is to offer someone to talk to in case of conflicts with other users that can't be settled by the users themselves or via a "Stadtvogt". This includes unfair behaviour, offensive talk, suspicions of cheating, or other violations of the rules.
The Mediatoren try to mediate between the users, to shed light upon the facts. They also may punish misbehaviour, when needed.
The Mediatoren can also investigate out of their own accord.
2. Filling
There are three permanent Mediatoren (chosen for at least 6 months), these are:
Mahjong, ... (2 posts are void at the moment)
Every second month, there will be elected 4 additional Mediatoren from the group of the Stadvögte. These are at the moment:
Martin_Ostar, Holger69, Icebear, Karacan
3. Getting in touch
Apart from using the /tell command, you have the following possibilities to get in touch with the Mediatoren:
a) The channel Mediatoren
b) via email:
Mediatoren@gmx.net c) using the command /fairnessnews TEXT
d) indirectly via your own Stadtvogt
4. Elections
Elections will be held 6 times a year:
January 14th to 21st,
March 14th to 21st,
May 14th to 21st,
July 14th to 21st,
September 14th to 21st,
November 14th to 21st,
Voting works using the command /votefairness NAME
Entitled to vote are all Stadvögte, i.e., every town has one vote.
Eligible for office are all Stadtvögte, who are registered at BSW for at least 6 months. In case of a tie, the lower number of registration will decide.

5. News
Starting now, there will be regular meetings of all Stadtvögte, to exchange views on current issues, incidents, blacklistings, repeated offenders and results of the work of the Mediatoren. The goal of these meetings is to guarantee an even state of information in all towns and to be able to prevent unwanted incidents more effectively.
6. Dates
The next election of Mediatoren will take place between july 14th and july 21st of 2003. The next meeting of the Stadtvögte will be on sunday, july 6th, 7pm (19h) MESZ (GMT+2) in /channel Mediatoren.

Wir werden vorweg ein Treffen aller Stadtvögte arrangieren, um unter uns auch einige Erfahrungswerte auszutauschen.
Dieses wird im Channel der Stadtvögte sein.
Falls an dem Termin Montag der 23. Juni jemand nicht persönlich anwesend sein kann, bitte ich um Ersatz durch einen anderen Stadtvertreter.
