Hello,

I want to draw attention to a good source for English-language information on PR strategy: www.boardgamegeek.com. Specifically, their section devoted to Puerto Rico includes a bunch of reviews, useful files, etc:

The "Articles" section of the PR page includes a variety of dicussions about the game, but I want to point out an article by Alexfrog about the relationship between money and scoring, one which I think most players would find helpful:
