IMPORTANT:
The whole tournament will be played with floating dates. This means that players make appointments themselves! The games of each round have to be played during a determined period of time. EVERY PLAYER has to show a correct e-mail-address in his /info by this Saturday. Please contact your opponents early - especially the main event has short timelimits with only 2/3 days each round. The mails and the answers have to be send CC ( carbon copy) to the tournament-director with the address
naokiaiba@gmail.com . Even if you contact your opponents online: please send this e-mails anyway. It is the only possibility to control your activities if a game does not take place. The deadline for the e-mail-contacts is 24 hours before the official end of each round!! Both teams would be disqualified if there are any doubts. Choice of the rooms:
The player that is NAMED FIRST in the tournament plan has the right to choose the room. During the tournament this right will depend on how often the teams have been the "home-team". If there is a tie in this category the team will be "home-team" that is higher listed in the tournament plan. The teams can decide another solution if all 2 players do agree. Especially during the main event the Lost Cities of the organizing cities could be used.
Sportsmanship:
Comments with influence over the game are not allowed. Tell in the main chat if you go afk! Spectators have to leave the room immediately if only 1 player wants this. /peek is allowed only if all 2 players give their OK. Offences against this rules might be punished by the tournament-director. Please contact me if you have any problems. If I am not online please copy the chat and send it with a comment to
naokiaiba@gmail.com During games of players with different native languages the complete chat has to be in a language everybody understands. Otherwise please do not chat at all (or organize a translator).
It is not allowed to use an identical rl-room, /tell, phone and so on of course.
