I wrote my first msg at Sept. 9th.
Maybe may comment seems rude, but to put someone on the blacklist without talking to the alleged criminal does not fit my 'grasp of law' and will not lead to potential hindsight.

In addition, not respond to the question 'why' is off-hand likewise.

I cannot remember any situation I unnecessaryly kicked someone. I only use to free a seat of longtime nonreacting player in a game.
