With people getting busier and interest waning a tad (at least on my part) perhaps it is time to consider a draw.

I should have suggested this before the well timed "double stab" by Austria and Germany when everyone was about equal, but C'est la Vie.  As it stands, I'm willing to accept the inevitable and declare Austria and Germany as joint winners with France and Italy as lowly survivors.
