fussball ligo unplayable with mac os X 10.4 universal bianry (mac book pro)

sorry ive seen a summ something for mac but unfortunately didn't manage to
understand the threads

so the problem has been posted in technich problem : fussball ligo lags so much that it is unplayable
in os X10.4 intel univ binary ( it is playable under mac os X.3)

There was already a thread about this issue. I've copied one line out the Mac thread:
Probier mal folgenden <a href="http://www.partout.info/brettspielwelt.dmg" target="_blank">Client[/url] aus.
It points to a client with the start program in universal binary. This worked on my MacPro. If the start program needs Rosetta, the whole client will run in that environment, which is slow.

hm ihave installed the universal binary , and i checked that in the appli the start with ropsetta box is not checked

in java preferences should i use java 1.4.2 or the  5.0 ?
