Room Deactivation

Due to low game play, the council has decided to turn off the following rooms:

CC (Abbey Road) C41-2
Caylus (mit's room) C41-87
PR (El Yunque) C41-1

We picked these rooms because we have a 2nd room for these games and all are higher cost games.  The prop file on the web site has been updated with these rooms removed from the prop file.

This also cuts our taxes a bit for when we start castle building.
