I don't know if this is an issue or not, but I've noticed that we haven't acquired any new munchkins in 2007.  The last person to join was OMOMS back in November, 2006.

Should we be trying to recruit?

Our doors are always open to anyone who fits into our city and plays enough to cover their taxes -- or at least most of their taxes. Wink

We've dropped several citizens who weren't playing much (or at all in some cases) over the past couple months mainly for economic reasons. With the castle underway, our food taxes increased so we couldn't afford to keep people who rarely played.

If you know of anyone who's looking for a city, invite them to check out Emerald City!

Hopefully with having a regular event each month, we will pick up a few new munchkins.

We are always looking for new players.  Grin

You know, I thought the list of munchkins looked smaller, but I couldn't think of a name of anyone who was missing.

I guess I'd better play more... I could be next.

It's more likely to be me.

The porcupine is primarily nocturnal and may rest by day. When threatened, the porcupine places its snout between its forelegs and spins around presenting its rear to the enemy.

That's likely a good sign that the people dropped was not really part of EC anymore.  I'll give a list during the next newsletter.

I guess I'd better play more... I could be next.

No one gets dropped without a few email warning and time to turn around their game play.

If life is a game, God made it a quite complexe one. He must have had a hard time working it out. The big question is: if it IS a game, shouldnt we take the small things less serious and have some fun?

Losing Munchkins who never plan to play again (which has been most of them so far) just makes building easier.  You have the same income, but less taxes.

Considering that we have two free game rooms coming up soon, we have no reason to build anything else anyway.
