July Lottery

Before you vote, keep the following things in mind:

1) Rules will change to one chance to win per game played.  It will not be one chance to win per day.
2) Due to the way BSW sets up getting resources, quicker games are best and with the more players the better.
3) We also want to choose a game that will get a lot of people in BSW and in EC will want to play.  We want to generate money, so popular games in BSW are best to keep the room humming.

Emerald - Holds 5
King Lui - Holds 5
PiranhaPedro - Holds 5
Tichu - Holds 4
Transamerica - Holds 6

Tichu - Most popular in BSW, will generate a ton of money, but we will get no help from the Tichu guild.  OTOH, we won't need help.
TA - Also popular.  I might be able to get help from the TA guild to have a larger prize, but I have to check (and translate) their board.
PP, KL and Emerald - Not as popular as the above games, so more likely to get help.

The council will mostly pick the game based on the poll above, but we might shuffle the games a bit depending on the answer of the guilds.  (Example, the TA guild might give us Taler for August but not July because they have a event, etc.)

Sounds like we will be wanting to hold several lotteries.  Does that mean it's not a matter of "if" but when? 

We should simply rotate through all these games.  Alphabetical order is as good as any.

I'm sure we will be rotating them, but I wanted to give the town some input on what they wanted next.

We are going to have an EC Tichu Tourny shortly.  I change my vote from Tichu to TA.

Based on what people have told me here and via other means, it's going to be TA next month, unless the masses rise up.

The next lottery will be TA and will start on the next EC Day.  The TA guild gave us 3000 Taler to put toward the prizes.
