Frozen connections all the time to bsw but tracert is fine

I cannot seem to stay connected to bsw (client or web) in the last few days - it started with long lags and now seems to not work at all.

I updated my Java client to 6.0 (so now info shows 1.6 instead of 1.4) and I re-installed the bsw client.  Instead of helping, now things are worse.

I have no problems at all showing on tracert to www.brettspielwelt.de - 15 hops, all in europe about 85msec and locally 20msec (i connect from israel).   No other internet problems to other sites that I access either.

I've run virus checker and nothing suspicious shows up and I don't see anything unusual from my router (I tried without wireless as well) and from windows either.

Any ideas what could be up?  I'm having bsw withdrawal

ich uebersetze mal den Post von shoshie in Stichworten, vielleicht kann jemand deutschsprachiges helfen:

- Sie hat den Client auf dem neuesten Stand (re-install) und auch Java auf dem neuesten Stand.
- tracert/ping nach www(2).brettspielwelt.de funktionieren prima
- Nach Verbinden fuer kurze Zeit keine Probleme, dann dramatischer Anstieg der Reaktionszeiten (alive) auf teilweise ueber 100000.
- Sonstiges Internet/BSW-Website funktionieren gleichzeitig problemlos, die Probleme kommen egal ob sie mit Kabel oder drahtlos am Router haengt
- das ganze in diesem Ausmass erst seit einigen Tagen

Ich hoffe, das jemand die magische Loesung kennt und es shoshie ermoeglich wieder zu spielen.

WinXP? If so, what Processorusage and Memoryusage did Brettspielwelt.exe have when the ping grows (Strg+Alt+del)?

Hm ... BSW really frozen? Or do you have written "/add mute *" some time ago? See some other threads for that .. there was a change.

Try "/list mute" to have a look

No mute - eventually i see or just disconnect

/alive returns vary from 5000 to 250000 or more during the problems or don't return at all and disconnect

I don't think any other java was running but I will check with nothing but bsw on computer tonight
