< span>Each player tries to make his Alhambra as beautiful and magnificent as possible. Players have money in four different currencies and can use it to buy gardens, towers, pavilions and much more. Déroulement du jeu

Each player initially receives as many coins until they have a monetary value of at least 20. The player who has the fewest coins becomes the starting player.

The active player always has the choice between three possible moves:

Buy buildings:

In the building selection there is one building for each currency per round.

In order to purchase a building, you must have enough money of the corresponding currency on hand. The costs can be found on each building card in the upper left corner.

To buy a building, select "Buy Building" in the selection window. Then you click on the coins you want to pay for it (you can also overpay). It is important to ensure that you choose the correct currency (color of the coin in the building selection, not the color of the building card!). After selecting the coins, click on the desired building in the building selection. If you were able to pay exactly the right amount, you can now make another move. You get the selection window again and can choose another action.

Draw money:

To add money, you look for yourself Select one or more coins from the money selection with a mouse click. You can add more than one coin if the total value of the coins does not exceed 5. The currency doesn't matter.

Reserve action:

If you choose a reserve action, you can one choose one of the following actions to convert your Alhambra:

  • Put a building from the Alhambra into the reserve (to make room for other buildings).

You need the reserve if you cannot install one or more parts correctly (see below). It can hold an unlimited number of buildings.

A building is already selected in the window that opens (shown brighter). To place this, simply click on the corresponding place in the Alhambra. Ratings and end of game

In Alhambra there are three scorings: in the money pile there are two scoring cards that trigger intermediate scoring. The third and final scoring takes place at the end of the game, when all building cards have been used up and the empty spaces in the building selection can no longer be completely filled. The remaining buildings go to the players who still have the most money in the respective currency. If there is a tie, no one gets the building. The buildings obtained in this way may be installed before scoring. Buildings that are still in the reserve do not count towards the scoring.

If there is a tie, the points received are divided and rounded down. For example, if two players have the majority of towers in the 3rd scoring, they each receive (21+13)/2=17 points. The third-placed player receives 6 more points.

In addition, each player receives a score for the longest, connected piece of outer wall Alhambra as many points as this piece of wall is long.

Special rule for two players

  • Every money card is only available three times.
  • There is an imaginary player “Dirk” who gets six random buildings at the beginning and after the first scoring. After the second scoring, he receives a third of the remaining building cards.
  • Dirk's buildings are counted in all scoring. However, he does not get a wall rating.
  • Instead of building a building or putting it in reserve, you can also give it to Dirk. To do this, click on the D in the “purchased buildings” window.
