Spacebob is about transporting goods from one planet to another. Each player is provided with a spaceship that has a cargo hold that initially offers space for two goods. To see which goods can be delivered to which planet, move your mouse over the goods and a ring will appear around the destination planets. (1a)
For each delivered You get exactly one point. Picking up goods is "free" and has no disadvantages, except for the use of the cargo space, since goods that have been loaded can only be unloaded on their destination planet. In very rare cases, a type of goods cannot be unloaded on any planet. Therefore, always look for the target planet first before loading goods.
You receive a reward in the form of additional points when you deliver goods to planets that have additional demand (7) . Each good brings one additional point per demand, but also removes one of the demands for this delivered good. If there is a triple demand on a planet and you deliver 2 goods there, you get 7 points for it. 4 for the first goods (1 + 3 demands) and 3 points for the second goods, as a demand was removed through the delivery of the first goods.
Now it applies to find the best and most effective delivery routes and thus gain as many points as possible in the limited time.
To load goods into the spaceship, you either click on a free space in your own cargo hold (1), or you click on the display of the goods on the planet that you are currently on with your spaceship (2). Every action you take takes time, which is unfortunately in short supply. To fly from one planet to another you just have to click on the center of the planet you want to fly to. The game can be played in different galaxies. The display of routes and requests/destination planets can also be adjusted, which can make the game easier and clearer. However, it is certainly intended that not all information is always and immediately clearly visible, so we recommend playing the game in its basic form without activating the options.
You can choose the frequency at which the pirates appear. If you choose 0, they are pretty lazy pirates, because none of them show up at all. If you choose 5, they are very predatory pirates.
They appear between the planets on the routes and when a spaceship takes this route, the pirates steal goods. Nobody knows exactly what they are stealing, but every space pilot will notice. But sometimes pirates also get in the way, the percentage displayed indicates how likely they are to steal something.
