Zatre

Game preparation

With /join 2 to 4 players can join the game (In the board game world Zatre is only with a maximum of four playable by players). The game begins with /start. Alternatively, you can use the game management.

The game

The aim is to get through Placing game pieces that have the values ​​1-6, placing as many totals of 10, 11 or 12 as possible, because only these bring points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the game wins.

Gameplay

The player whose turn it is draws two game pieces from the cloth bag and place it on the game board according to the following rules. The aim is to score points for the tiles you have placed, which you write down on the scoring pad.

  • All tiles must be connected side by side to the tiles that are already on display (except the starting stone in the middle).
  • Rows with a total of 13 or more are not allowed.
  • Rows with a total of 9 or less are allowed (but do not give Points).
  • If possible, all game pieces must always be placed, even if you do not score any points with them (see below for exceptions).
  • All game pieces can be placed individually or together .
  • A token may only be placed on a light field if a 10, 11 or 12 is placed with this or all other tokens to be placed. (See exceptions below).
  • Exceptions

    • A player can only use one of the two pieces he has drawn or does not place any stones, he leaves any stones that were not placed face down in front of him for his next move. On the next turn, if he has two or more tokens in front of him, he checks whether he can place one or more of them. If this is the case, he is not allowed to add a stone and makes his move with the stones. However, if he only has one stone in front of him or if he cannot place any of the two or more stones, he moves another stone. Now he carries out his move as described above until he can no longer place any of his remaining stones.
    • If you can no longer place a token on a black field or on a white field with a rating in this turn, then do so The stone must be placed on a light field without triggering a score. However, no cross may be entered.

    Ratings

    For The following rules apply to the scoring:

    • At the end of his turn, each player scores the points on his hand for the tokens he placed in this turn.
    • < li>The entries must be made line by line from top to bottom without any gaps.
    • For placing a row of 10 on the game board you score 1 point, for a row of 11 you score 2 and for a row of 12 4 points.
    • The points scored are entered on the sheet in the corresponding column.
    • Rows with a total of less than 10 may be placed, but do not count points.
    • If a player occupies a light field ("double stair field") on the game board, he must form a row of 10, 11 or 12 with this or both stones. On the sheet he puts a cross in the top free box in column x2. It is possible to make two x2 crosses in one move; these are noted one below the other.
    • If a player scores several scores with the same total in one move (e.g. two 12s), he takes all the points for this summed into the corresponding line (for example, two times 4 points = 8 points in the top free box of column 12 (4)).
    • For lines on the score sheet in which the 10s, 11s and When the columns of 12 are filled, the player receives the bonus points pre-printed on the sheet. If an entry is missing, there is no bonus.
    • If lines also contain a x2 cross, all points in such a line, complete or incomplete, count double.
