Microsoft Cloud Agreement (MCA) is a transaction licensing agreement for commercial and government organizations that want to outsource the management of their entire cloud services through a cloud solutions provider (CSP). Open Value across the company and open value subscription are commitment-based agreements for business and government organizations that wish to license at the enterprise level over a period of one or two years. Software Assurance is included in the delivery. As a public company, Microsoft`s mission is to accurately predict revenue. To do this, the company must have a clear overview of its sales pipeline and be able to close purchases and renewals faster and earlier in the quarterly sales cycle. There are a limited number of legal resources and license desks to process these transactions, and it is almost impossible to process paperwork less than two weeks before a calendar year, fiscal year or end of the quarter. Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) is a licensing option that can offer customers exceptional value and cost savings under the right circumstances. It doesn`t suit everyone, but if your IT requirements match EA`s strengths, there`s no better way to achieve your Microsoft goals while saving money. To begin with, you must have at least 250 devices or users to be eligible, although we can still operate the EA under the right circumstances, even if you are not fully 250 seats. AAS are by far the best value for companies that want to acquire cloud services and software licenses as part of an agreement. Alternatively, the customer can sign a purely enterprise online service contract with Microsoft. This option does not require company-wide standardization. Customers must acquire at least 500 Enterprise online service licenses. With the structure of registration agreements, you can easily add new products and services if necessary: changes in the current business climate related to Microsoft`s mission to transfer companies to the cloud are changing the way it deals with its biggest customers.
