The Board Game World Chat

Apart from the games, certainly the most important part of BrettspielWelt. BrettspielWelt aims to promote community and sociability, not only to make new friends and have fun evenings, but above all to increase the shared board game experience.

Nothing is nicer than a nice chat and communicating emotions during the game.

In addition to the classic chat, there is also the option of voice or video chat for the perfect game round.

Chat overview

1. All your chats sorted by activity

Clicking on the desired chat takes you to the respective chat area, either with a player, a game or a group chat. Here you can read the corresponding chat messages.

Chat with a player has a round image, a group chat is indicated by a square icon, and the game chat is hexagonal.

Active chat

1. Back to the overview of all your chats

2. By clicking on the upper area you will get detailed information about the player, the group or the game.
3. The chat messages. (In this case, system messages at the start of the game.)

1. Input field for your chat messages is located at the bottom of the respective chat area.
2. If you want to open a voice or video chat, you can do this via the microphone symbol.
3. The (+) sign allows you to open a game table in this chat context, and everyone in this chat will receive a notification about this table.
