If you are in a game room, you can go to the hallway of the building by clicking on the 'Back Arrow'.

Players who are not yet W/K 5 will be taken to the Game Manager when they click on it.

If you click on the small black arrow to the right of the arrow icon, it opens a menu:

Here, any player (regardless of rank) can go directly to the Game Lobby (current manager/Top 35 Games) or to archive games (older games).
