Players vie to build the highest towers in the six largest cities in the world and own the majority of real estate.
In each round, you can play a card which defines in which of the 9 geographic locations in any of the 6 cities you can build. You can begin a new stower or extend/take over an existing tower to turn it into a skyscraper. To do this, you must have in possession at least as many floors for that tower, as the previous had. Each player has an assortment of tower modules, which are between one and four floors in size. They have to decide on which set of tower modules (usually divided into three or four sets, depending upon number of players) to put aside each round. At the end of a round the players are scored for their buildings. The highest tower in the world receives three points. The majority of towers in a city receives in each case two points, and each individual tower owned, one point.
The rules are easy. The game has a fast operational sequence. You barely have enough time to think.
